Open Positions:
Lead Fire Alarm Technician/Electrician (full time) We take pride in our work and are looking to find the right candidate who has a positive attitude and works well independently and as part of a team. Our technicians are responsible for inspections, testing, repairs, and installation of equipment. Requirements:
CFAA/ASTTBC certification or working towards completion is an asset.
Experience with electrical maintenance/service work
Excellent time management and leadership skills.
Ability to work well with others as part of a team and independently.
Strong customer service skills.
Sprinkler Fitter / 2nd year Apprentice min. (full time) Our variety of work settings allow technicians/fitters to challenge themselves and opportunities to grow. Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience preferably in inspections and service work; with knowledge of relevant fire codes and standards
Ability to operate various power tools and machinery including but not limited to pipe threaders, pipe cutters, groovers and core drills
ASTTBC Certifications are a plus, not required. Willing to train the right candidate.
Professionalism with strong customer service skills
Ability to work respectfully and cooperatively with team members and customers. Leadership skills an asset.
Excellent Time Management, organizational skills, and attention to detail with ability to complete thorough paperwork
Extinguisher Service Technician (full time): You have experience with hand tools, attention to detail, able to work independently and make safety a priority. No experience required, we are willing to train. ASTTBC certification and familiar with types of extinguishers a plus. More important is a positive attitude and safety conscious. Excellent Time Management, organizational skills, and attention to detail with ability to complete thorough service logs.
